Rewards for Justice

Prosecutors are public servants, not hunters.

Often, therefore, public prosecutors and investigative authorities cannot provide sufficient assistance to victims in obtaining all the evidence required by the courts in more complex proceedings

In the hunt for evidence, that complies with court requirements in order to avert major damages, it would therefore be unreasonable for injured victims to blindly rely on the investigative work of overburdened officials who, by definition, are not hunters.

Österreichische Justizopfer-Hilfe helps with difficult investigations by providing high-quality services and detectives.

The program “Reward for Justice” of the Austrian Justice Victim Assistance
