Fact 5: Salzburg Regional Court blocks court files for criminal proceedings in Vienna until statute of limitations has expired in favor of Salzburg perpetrators

The Regional Court for Criminal Matters Vienna has demanded with a total of NINE judicial orders over a period of many months from the Regional Court Salzburg to return its criminal file 27 d Vr 8264/96, in order to be able to resume the proceedings against the known forgers of wills, after even the last possible doubts about their perpetration could be removed.

The Salzburg Regional Court ignored all 9 (NINE) court orders and did not release all files to the Vienna Criminal Regional Court until the known perpetrators could no longer be prosecuted due to the statute of limitations.
